Jimmy Nichols Elected to ACE Hardware Board of Directors

Jimmy Nichols was elected to ACE Hardware Board of Directors following the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Ace Hardware Corporation, the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in the world, announced changes to the company’s Board of Directors following its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 14. Shareholders elected member director James (Jimmy)Nichols to his first term on the company’s Board of Directors.

Jimmy Nichols joined Houchens Food Group, Inc. in June 2010 as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He joined the Houchens Industries Board of Directors in 2018 and was named President and COO of HFG in 2021. In addition Nichols currently serves on the Boards of Associated Wholesale Grocers and multiple in-house subsidiaries of Houchens Industries, Inc.
